The staff at the reception were extremely unpleasant. The next day, my schedule changed, and I simply wanted to know if I could cancel my breakfast, but the reception staff got angry and seemed to be trying to lecture me. He said, "Do you know why your reservation can't be canceled? You can't cancel because you booked through Expedia, not directly through Marriott," and got angry.
Once again, I was simply curious if it was possible. "I still can't understand why that staff got angry with me."
I had intentionally booked a 5-star hotel because it was the last stop of my trip, but it turned out to be a bad memory.
This was a level of service I had never experienced at other Marriott hotels.
There was no help at all with my luggage, and the bathroom was very cramped.
