Fine but not grate
Nice neighborhood just 1-2 minute walk from Lazzara train station (metro also). So you are quit quick to take metro almost anywhere or the train to Versala or Disney. About 10-15 walk to Louvre museum and there from you can walk to most other tourist attraction (or take the metro ). I would recommend for first time visitor to by Paris pass, worked fine for us because we could skip the up to two hour ticket lines and nearly walk straight in. But it was shame it didn’t have Eifel tower inclouded
Friendly English speaking staff. Breakfast was ok, sometimes they even had bacon. But bread, scrambled egg, cheese and one of the best coffee I have ever tested from automatic coffee maker.
The only down site was the room, small (but maybe not so of Paris standard). You could not change your mind in the bathroom. I would recommend to the owners to take out the bathtub, put up shower instead so you could at least dry yourself in the bathroom. But it was cleanroom with nice bed and you always know what you next door neighbors’ ware doing
